Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases made on ImageSearch.art are subject to this Refund Policy. By subscribing to or purchasing any paid feature, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only if both of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the purchase.
  • No searches or queries have been performed on your account since the purchase.

If any search has been performed — regardless of the result or the number of searches — the purchase is considered used and no refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in any of the following cases:

  • Any search or query has been performed on the account
  • The refund request is made more than 24 hours after purchase
  • Subscription renewals
  • Partial billing periods or unused credits
  • Plan downgrades

4. Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., charged twice, charged after cancellation, or charged the wrong amount), please contact us immediately. Verified billing errors will be corrected regardless of whether any searches were performed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@imagesearch.art with the following:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of the charge
  • Your Paddle order or transaction ID (found in your receipt email)

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. Access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of your account. We will work in good faith to resolve legitimate disputes directly.

Before we search, please review how we handle your data.

• Your image is processed in-memory only and discarded after results are returned.

• We do not store, log, or sell any uploaded images or personal data.

• Search results are saved to your account history for your convenience.

• By clicking "I Agree" you consent to our processing terms.
